Welcome to the dedicated consultation website for Arpenteur’s proposal regeneration of the Former Market Hall, The Brook, Chatham, ME4 4NZ.

Here you will find our proposals to deliver around 355 new homes of exemplary design, alongside ground floor commercial space to reactivate this important corner of the high street, while delivering new public amenity space and reopening the existing multi-storey car park for the benefit of existing and future residents.

We are keen to understand the views of local residents before submitting a planning application. Please see below details of our consultation. Once you have had the opportunity to view our plans for the site, do share your thoughts via our survey, which can be accessed below or on the ‘Feedback’ tab.
