A series of stepped back elements and differing roof styles have been used across the site to reduce the impact of massing in the street scene.<\/p>\n

The layout of the site has been carefully considered to create a central public open space, with key focal buildings marking the centre of the site and the prominent corners. This has provided the opportunity to create more visually elegant buildings on the site.<\/p>\n

We have sought to make best use of the changing land levels across the site to ensure the plans are as sensitive to the neighbouring properties and wider Chatham areas
