ABOUT ARPENTEUR

Arpenteur was established to acquire land, buildings and brownfield sites within the United Kingdom. We select sites that are under-utilised or derelict and design processes to implement regeneration. Our projects deliver mixed-use, residential, commercial, office, retail, and industrial developments. Importantly, our development solutions consider the best interests of both the site and the community.

With our extensive planning experience, we can promptly resolve complex issues to ensure planning consents are deliverable and that matters concerning remediation are identified and addressed.

The broad and long term expertise the Arpenteur team have includes Land and Planning, Project Leadership, Development Solutions, Finance Structuring, Legal Contracts & Project Controls. The team consists of Senior Consultants, Development Experts and Sales & Marketing Professionals. We allocate the right skills and knowledge to each project depending on the specific assignment.
