Arpenteur was formed to acquire urban land, buildings and brownfield sites within the United Kingdom. We choose sites that have been identified as under-utilised and/or derelict, and design a process to implement urban regeneration and redevelopment. Projects that encompass residential-led mixed use, commercial, office, retail or industrial. Importantly, these development solutions whilst taking into account what’s best for both the site and the community.

Our extensive planning experience we will be able to promptly resolve any complex issues to ensure the planning consents are deliverable and matters concerning remediation are identified and implemented.

Over 23 years UK real estate experience. Proven track record of acquiring land & properties, securing planning consents, delivering projects and managing teams. Particular focus on planning and development opportunities, with an appreciation of both living and commercial uses. Experienced in dealing with complex brownfield and greenfield sites of varying sizes, often adopting creative approaches to progress deals.

Over two decades advising and delivering homes and employment spaces, Adam has supported and been involved from the likes of starter homes for key workers to establishing a recognised London residential development business within a 3-5 year period.

Delivering living and working spaces for people to enjoy their space and neighbourhood is a passion. Partnerships, placemaking and working with communities is a real focus for both Adam and the company.
