Arpenteur has been appointed by the Moorfields & OakNorth to support them and the main contractor to complete the project following the previous contractor’s entry into administration.
The scheme comprises a substantial mixed-use development in Ashford, Kent, consisting of four seven-storey residential blocks. Delivery is structured across two phases, with Phase 1 comprising Blocks C and D and targeted for completion in Q1 2027. Phase 2 comprises Blocks A and B, with completion scheduled within Q3 2027.
On completion, the development will provide 254 residential apartments, complemented by retail and café units, underground parking, rooftop terraces and a range of high-quality communal spaces.
The wider scheme also incorporates surface parking, plant and storage facilities, together with associated landscaping, infrastructure and access works.
Arpenteur’s appointment brings a clear focus on the efficient completion, coordination and delivery of the scheme, maintaining momentum and addressing the complexities associated with taking over a project following contractor administration.
