Arpenteur was formed to acquire urban land, buildings, and brownfield sites. We choose sites that have been identified as under-utilised and/or derelict. We help bring those sites back into use contributing to urban regeneration and redevelopment of local areas. The projects we work on are a broad mix of residential-led mixed-use developments, commercial, office, retail, or industrial spaces. Our work considers what is best for both the site and the community.
